Please, I had a bad year last year. I took a job that was not my style and some parts of it ended in chaos. However, I did learn some new things. In my anger,
I acted in a really not good way. I did yell at kids, yes. May I be forgiven. The boss kept sticking in a place where I did not succeed and did not want to be. I was very frustrated.

What do I say about last year in an interview and how to tone down the bad reference from him. He has already told a future employer how I yelled at kids.
Thanks. Cool Cool

Well, there really is not way to tone down a bad reference. If kids are the central feature of the job that you are applying for, then you could be in trouble. These might be helpful articles, on answering hard questions and what to do about bad references:

Ok, here's the thing with cheating about your job references:

http://www.cvtips.com/cheating_in_your_job_references.html

In your case, the situation is a little bit difficult. There's a chance of rehabilitation for everyone, even ex convicts, there are still given a chance to prove they can do right. With you, it's all about who's going to offer you this chance. I'm thinking that if you want to remain in the same field, you should have the courage to confront rejections and go ahead with your applications.
