I have worked of my but trying to impress my boss in order to get a promotion and still after 3 years with the company I feel my my job promotion will never come. I think I deserve it now. I was thinking of organizing a meeting with the human resources to talk about it maybe I’ll get lucky. What have you done in order to get the promotion? ###

Have you communicated your interest in getting a promotion? if you have not done so then you need to do it now. If you have not openly stated that you are interested, then how is your boss going to know? If that means that you need to contact HR directly, then do so. But do not wait; you might miss out on the opportunity!
