And service asks you for better and more jobs because they know you make them look good and that you're a valuable resource for them. Thank your coordinators for the jobs they give you. Let them know when you really like a job. Do them favors sometimes. This might be taking a last minute job or taking on a difficult client. But let them know you're helping them, and ask for something in return -- a certain position should it open up, more money, etc | |||
