You appear a number of interviews and you are happy with your performance. True enough you find that you get multiple offers from at three companies that you would love to be associated with. How do you decide which company is the best for you? How do you decide which offer to accept and which one to reject?
Check out the following quiz and hopefully by the time you finish it, you will have sufficient mental clarity to help you take a good decision. You can then make a comparative chart and check out which company comes out as the best possible for you. Please note that 'best for you' is not the same with the 'best company'. SO choose wisely - not always the best company is the best for you. You should look at a place where you can be satisfied with your job, be paid well (at least comfortably so) and be able to grow professionally. The job should be able to give the next step in your career ladder.
