Keep the format simple, for instance, plain text or ASCII. Include specific keywords to get your CV noticed by search engines. The keywords must be specific to the job that you target. List your most important skills at the start of the CV and keep a hard copy to post to the employer. Don’t use fancy software since the employer might not be able to open the document.
