Is it necessary to disclose a criminal record or felony on my CV?

Although it isn’t needed for your CV, honesty is a good policy. If you fear that you will not get to the interview stage, you can attach a separate letter to explain the circumstances surrounding the criminal offense. You may as an alternative leave it out altogether and only mention it in the application form together with a note that it will be discussed during the interview.
