How can I make it look acceptable on my CV if I am over qualified for the job?

Employers see over qualified candidates as a risk because they will get bored with the job responsibilities or will use the job as a springboard for something better. It is for these reasons that you must put the employer to ease. State in the objectives or summary section of your CV or cover letter that you know that you are overqualified for the job and proceed to indicate why you would like the specific job. Your goals must be in line with the employer’s expectations. Place more emphasis on your skills than your qualifications.
