How can you make the work history section of the CV more presentable when you had several jobs and some together with numerous short projects?

Use the functional style CV where you can combine the same type of jobs for a certain period. As an alternative leave out the less relevant jobs or duplicates and list them as projects. Keep the most recent jobs on your CV.
