In my job search, how can I create a good impression with an employer when he requests more information before he will hire me?
Some of the buzzwords that come to mind are reliable, trustworthy, loyal, creative, hard working, neat, flexible, well trained etc. Write a motivation letter that shows how your soft skills will benefit the employer. Remember that the employer needs to be assured that the company’s goals are important to you. List some volunteer work and get letters of recommendation to support your claims of reliability, loyalty etc.
