Should I opt for permanent, temporary or contract employment?
If you prefer security and less risk, then permanent employment is for you. Temporary employment should be considered when you are not sure what you want to do, don’t plan to stay in the industry for long or cannot find suitable permanent work. Contract work is ideal for someone who wants more flexibility and higher income but is willing to go without all the benefits that go with permanent employment.
