What type of job entry tests can I expect?

The extent of pre-employment testing differs from employer to employer and depends on the job type and position. In general you can expect the following tests:

• Personality assessment to obtain a profile of your thinking, working and communication style.
• Drug screening to establish whether you are drug free.
• In some cases, a medical fitness test will be performed for the health insurance and pension plan.
• Skills test when applicable, for instance, software knowledge or a typing or writing test.
• If applicable a psychological evaluation.
• If applicable, an IQ test.
