Company Research The process of gathering information related to any employer. The information should include the company's products, its location, its financial situation and its corporate culture. This information, when used during an interview, will prove to the employer that you are interested in the company, not just the job. Company research is also very useful to the applicant, and can be extremely important in career planning.
