What do I say if my interviewer asks my salary requirement?

This is a common request from potential employers, many of whom simply want to avoid the negotiation process. Remember that salary negotiations are uncomfortable at both ends, sometimes even more so on the side of the employer. Do everything you can to not accept the first offer. It is not your job as an employee to dictate your own salary. It is not healthy for the company for which you're being considered because you do not have access to other employees' salaries or the financial details of the company itself. Remain professional, and do everything you can to avoid specific numbers.
