If you experience lack of confidence, it means that you had been criticized or rejected in your childhood. It is easy to build and learn
confidence.
Recall your past. When you come across negative messages i.e. I cannot do anything, I am not perfect. Then counter each message by saying
something positive and write down about the friends who have admired you.
I have a tendency to feel unsure when I ask to do something new.
It is actually a positive strategy. When a task is new, your brain alerts you to your insufficient experience
and skills. To overcome this problem, try to get more experience or skills by doing
some training programs or changing your job profile. You can also rehearse anything in your mind to gain confidence.
I have a tendency to collapse when I have to do something big
The key to solve any big project is breaking it into smaller manageable tasks. This will make you will feel more confident in achieving your big goals.
I think whatever I do will be incorrect
If you consider yourself as an unsuccessful person, you will never win. Self-confident
people have faith in themselves. It is important to think
positive to reach your goals.
If you are going to accomplish something, imagine yourself successful. Even if you don't accomplish the task, you will surely perform well than
imagined the negative thoughts.
