Should I not accept a job if it has high employee turnover?
A high employee turnover rate could be one legitimate reason not
to accept a job, but you can still accept the job if you understand the
risks. If you are struggling to find employment or could use your
experience at this job as a resume builder to help you get a more stable
career with better opportunities at a later time, there's nothing wrong
with accepting the job with a high employee turnover. However, you
should realize that your pay is likely to be low and you're likely to
have little chance of promotion. You may also find the work environment
inhospitable.
