What are the negative effects of a high employee turnover rate?
The negative effects of a high employee turnover rate include the
somewhat high possibility of losing your job through no fault of your
own. There's also the likelihood that you will have a low salary and
somewhat limited responsibilities at your job. You may earn some
experience, but you may have a small chance of promotion. If you have a
complaint about the working environment, it's possible that your
concerns will be unaddressed because the employer isn't concerned about
keeping its employees happy when so many quit. The employer may also
periodically replace staff if the company feels that it's cheaper to
hire lower-wage entry-level applicants.
