The pit bosses are responsible for monitoring the casino floor and spot players that cheat or harass other players. They also have to check the dealers and any suspicious activities. Apart from this they oversee scheduling of staff lunches, deal with customer concerns, see to it that the games are played according the government regulations, and supervise the smooth running of all the casino floor operations. They have several years of casino related experience and some have degrees or diplomas in management. They don't get tips but get salaries of up to $80 000 a year.
